My journey was born from a passion for beauty.
My name is Margherita Ferri. I was born in Venice, among craftspeople, artists and works of art.
After training at the School of Art, for over thirty years I have been making jewellery entirely by hand, using traditional high jewellery techniques.
In recent years wood has become part of my research.
From this encounter JeWood was born.
I salvage fine wood from large-scale projects. It is the grain, the colors, and the scent that inspire each creation.
